Jonathan contacted me about a maintenance job. We talked via video call initially and then he took paternity leave but Ashlynne took over while he was gone. They both have maintained communication between me and the job location. Anytime I need to contact them, I had no troubles. I have worked with other recruiting agencies before, the team here were far more professional than others in the past. Hopefully I won't need their services after I go full time permanent, but if I do move on at some point, I'll be giving Johnathan a call again to see if he has something for me.

Juvon Elliot is one of the best recruiters to have. I have been working on and off with this company for about 8yrs. This man has listened to what I desired in a job and found me a perfect position that gives me a good feeling when going to work! He has answered every question I had from the first conversation to current. He is a top notch recruiter! He is very respectful and actually listens to your wants in a job he is just not going to offer you anything to get you working but what you want. I am very satisfied in the work he has found me and him rocking with me till this day. Go Juvon! Love you buddy!

Had put a job application in for Maintenance Engineer 1st shift had one call from Jonathan had told me I was a definitely a good fit did the entire job app process, then immediately no contact back in January , I figured okay well I can try again later, I tried again April but had no call this time just email verification that said they were going with someone else don't waste your time here.

Jaylon is my recruiter. Super professional and really got me jazzed up about this prospect he sending me to tomorrow. I have no complaints about this company or the service they provide. The ball is in my court now.

My 5 stars is for the recruiter I had, Juvon Elliot. He went above and beyond for me. I had an issue with a placement and he listened to me about how I was feeling and what was going on (not just heard ) and worked to get me out of there and into a new job with almost no missed time! He made everything easy and comfortable. I now hired with a fantastic company at the 2nd placement Juvon had got me. I would definitely use Aerotek again just because of him! Thank you!!!
