This company used to be #1 when it came to paying people. It never used to matter what account you had , when it got processed, or the time frame . But after my second time working for these people this year I've had to wonder when or if I'd even get paid . They have an app that doesn't help any process go faster , and always has a reason or lacking of one on why it takes so long just to get a couple bucks. I find it sad that they can get the money that take from you but you get shortest end of a stick to get money you worked for. I have to go 5 hours without no breaks or anything , had to find money just to get gas to go out there and it's coming up on 24 hours with no pay . This company needs a faster payout because this isn't working ... Nothing good to say about this company anymore

Very nice branch with a specific coworker making my unemployment period much more enjoyable! Dee is her name her whimsical, bright and friendly attitude and genuine love for life has completely made me forget about my miserable existence looking for employment call the branch just to give her thanks, thanks people ready and Dee

Went to the office today to sign up for work and the girl in there was very helpful! She was super busy and the only person in there at the time and still managed to help me. She explained the app very well and I will be back in Tuesday.

These people unprofessional especially the black girl in there . Everytime I’ve called or came in person she never can help or never know anything . When I called and she picked up ? She’ll have you on hold for a decade just to come back with blank answers “none” she dont know anything but how to ride that clock . Another time when I came in to update my documents , the white guy helpped on the left side on the off closer the the wall he made copies just to not update my paper work and when I called two days later to tell them my stuff wasn’t updated they blamed me as if I just didn’t come into the office the day before with accurate and current documents. Then they told me to call a number and they place told me to go back to the office as if I just wasn’t there . I informed them I had already did a background check but instead of them pulling it up they wanted me to do another one even though a background check good for at least a year . It’s crazy how unprofessional these people are . Then I picked up a job and they paid it to a prepaid card that I never agreed to . Now to remind yall I came in person with all my documents and not once was a prepaid card mentioned. I explain that I’ve never signed up or agreed to a prepaid card I have a actual bank . The guy kept tellin me I did . I told him sir, why would I sign up for a prepaid card when I have a actual banking account with routings numbers . After him trying to to convince me of something I know for sure I didn’t do I asked how can we move forward? And how can I collect my funds ? He then all of a sudden was able to update my info that I’ve drove there for 4 to 5 times to do in the first place . It’s just crazy so be prepared to be scam dealing with these people

I went to People Ready this morning. MS. D.SMITH was very helpful patient and professional she helped me a lot and I didn't feel like she was rushing me. I enjoyed my interaction with her . She is very good at what she does. She needs a raise. Very good customer service skills. I really appreciate her answering all my questions. Thanks 😊
