First time visiting this place, four receptionists at the desk all on their phones and me standing there looking lost. Eventually I looked around and saw the QR code to scan so I could check myself in but seriously what’s the point of four useless receptionists. They seemed annoyed after I asked them if that’s all I was supposed to do. I had to engage the conversation because they were ignoring me.

My visit was quick! 😁 For some reason I thought parking was in the back but there is front parking as well!

There are so many horror stories out there regarding public companies such as this. I just left Oklahoma Works and I had a very pleasant experience with every single employee I came in contact with. Particularly Danielle. She was very sweet and was open to my questions and had answers for each of them. Thank you Oklahoma works and a very special thank you to Danielle!

Unfortunately the front office girls here are very rude and make snarky remarks. For government employees they’re very unprofessional

When I say I hate when I have to come into this office...I mean that. The reception ladies are great but that back office staff leaves alot to be desired in the form of customer service. They ignore you, not helpful at all, attitudes, acting like your interrupting their day. And ALL that money spent implementing a new system which is still trash! Oklahoma should do better. Left there with problem still not solved.
