This office has moved! Why is this information not up to date? To whomever is looking for real help, look up the Chickasha office. They have been very helpful for me and for others in navigating this whacked system. When your employer lays you off they should know that a letter is to be given to you. This is where you have to start. Currently I am having problems logging into OESC. It appears something odd is going on on their end! I will be calling the Chickasha office and may need to visit them if we're unable to work through this on the phone. Hang in there, everyone!

Elizabeth gave me a callback not long after I called and was super helpful, she got my issue corrected quickly and told me where I could reach out if I had more issues!

Terrible experience with everything to do with this entire organization. You try and log in online. Nothing. You read it’s better to wait until 1am to log in or 6am to avoid traffic. Nothing. You email. Might get it back in a week. You call. You’re on hold for an hour. The website to check if money when on your card? Have the time you can’t log into it. Never mind I’ve hit every single bit of criteria asked of me. I can’t even log in

Ridiculous how hard it is to actually talk to a real person. The automated system just gives you the run around! I just have a few questions! How hard is it to have an option to freaking speak to a real person! So annoying

Drove in from Mustang today at 1200 to find the office building closed. Why closed the weather is 12 degrees outside, roads good to drive on. I have a paper letter requesting for me to come into the office and they are closed. February 19 2025. Ice melt all over the parking lot, all over the steps. Google states office open, no recording stating anything.
