The African lady who answers the phone for the state hearing line is extremely rude and hung up on me 3 times Friday 5/15 as she kept telling me I have to leave in ten minutes mind you I called at 4:30pm. She kept rushing me and kept asking me the same question over because she couldn’t get my information because she was rushing me and I asked if she could slow down and then she finally pulls my information up and say call Monday to file a claim and all I wanted to ask was can I mail in a request and that she was being rude and she hung up. They need to hire professional a pleasant people. I will be making my way there come Monday morning.

I was on hold for over 6 hours waiting for an appointment. I was connected,then disconnected,and they told me i missed my appointment. I scheduled a call back. They called me and told me id have to call earlier to get help with what i needed. I said i called the moment they opened and she is the one who called back so late. She said try again tomorrow. Whats the point of a callback then? Oh,and every person ive talked to is rude at best 👌

They are helpful . Didn't have to wait in a long line. The process was pretty seamless. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. Staff was polite and friendly.

It’s a shame people have to call this place in need and be met with people huffing and puffing, blowing their breath, cutting them off. It is soooooo extremely disheartening. I called and was met with someone with just a very nasty tone and attitude, was so distraught at how she was speaking to me I hung up and called back again acting like the call dropped just to have to deal with her all over again. There are people calling with special needs, anxiety, young adults who are helpless, people facing homelessness, and waiting to be accepted after yearrrrs and it’s like these people forget they are there to assist. The people calling are already stressed, and belittling, huffing and puffing, cutting them off, expecting them to know everything while they’re desperate and in need for assistance seems cruelly unfair. There’s a lack of patience and kindness. At least every time I’ve called, and I’m only asking for clarity on things I’ve done as requested with nooo follow up after years.

Made the child support portal inaccessible through a mobile device with the latest update. Not much of an improvement, if the goal was to update security then well done, it’s secure even from the people who need to use it. 😬 Don’t get me wrong it was always a little off on a mobile device but come on guys…it’s 2025 let me use my device to access my account
