You'd have better luck getting water from a stone. I was furloughed for December and was expecting that money to help with living expenses. They were supposed to mail me a debit card with the funds on it. It's been 3 months now and that card has not shown up. Phone calls get you 6 hour long wait times. When you make payday loan scams look like the better option, you've messed up as a service.

They make it absolutely impossible to get your money. The website is more than confusing and not user-friendly. If I was an illegal I bet I could get everything with no problem. This is absolutely disgusting that I've been trying for MONTHS to get my benefits.

This is a damn joke they gave me a call back time knowing they were going to be closed at that time and I have been trying to verify my identity for 3 days now and still haven't received payment for my claims I put in for the week and I had to go through 3 people and call backs to get the right info to send them need to train their people better so they can help us in one phone calls not 50

I had a very negative experience at this unemployment office. Jack (ID: 9383) was extremely rude and unprofessional. He locked me out of my unemployment account, failed to provide me with my unemployment letter, and even accused me of being involved in a scam without any proof. Because of his actions, I could not access important information about my benefits. This treatment was unacceptable, and I hope management addresses this immediately.
