I came in today (Thursday, February 5) to pick up a form that I needed to submit. Despite being someone that came in with only 10 minutes to spare before closing, I was welcomed as soon as I walked through the door and was able to accomplish what I needed in a timely and efficient manner. I wish I had come in sooner as I've struggled at times to navigate this process over the phone and online. What an absolutely FANTASTIC team you have working at this location. From the supremely fashionable fellow handling the lobby that processed + submitted my form, to those working at the counters, and even the uniformed officer handling security. So friendly, helpful, professional. Thank you so much for the service I received this afternoon. You made my day. 5/5 stars for everyone! You're all WONDERFUL representatives for the Franklin County DJFS and the City of Columbus!

The confidential caseworker dismissed my concerns about my case being incorrect and hung up on me while making my case open against while going through an active dometic violence case. He was extremely rude and refused to give me his name as well.

I was greeted by a very nice lady who showed me where I needed to be. However I was treated poorly by the lady scanning in my paperwork. She was rude to me for no reason at all. I barely got a word in before she cut me off and said very rudly for me to stop talking and just hand her the papers. They were kinda just laying in half when I handed them they would have fell right open in her hand and she refused to take them out of my head like that. As if she'd have to do something to them to do her job. So I held them by my other hand and as I said they fell right open. She then took the papers and gave me a very dirty look. Slung them back at me and yelled next before I could even start to stand up. As if I'd already walked away or something. It's not my first bad encounter with that same person at that very same office. Neither had it been my first bad encounter at all the branches of jfs the workers can be extremely standoffish and rude as hell. Like your trash because we need help for a bit.

I been calling them everyday. And all they do is hang. I haven’t spoken to anyone because they REFUSE to answer their phones and if they call u back which is a automatic system that calls not a real person and they will have u on hold just to hang up in your face. I don’t get it. Suppose to help us but after so many months of trying to reach them is hell

The bearded guy welcoming in is fake nice. Once you start to explain or inquire further about something, he quickly gives attitude.
