Finding out your position is being outsourced after helping cultivate the role from its infancy to a robust position it was 5 years later, is never easy. Leaving a well known and respected company after 8 years is even more challenging, but Shelley was such a blessing during a very painful yet, looking back, necessary time in my career. From the start, she was reassuring and warm.
