The agency has been amazing! I myself am a nanny and have never experienced so much relief in having someone to not only advocate for me as a nanny but also giving me peace of mind in regards to finding great families. Both the interview process and family matching were so intentional in making sure we were a right fit which worked out perfectly for me with my current family. Kara was so helpful and relaky made the process run smoothly for me. Love the agency and 10/10 would recommend!

The agency told me after a decade of experience it is insufficient and discriminated against my disability, so I can’t recommend. It was so difficult after all of the experience, occupational therapy and psychology coursework, and the work I’ve done for a DECADE and more just to obtain a nanny position, that I have had to initiate my own business because that would be more efficient than working with a nanny agency or finding a position in my field. They hate me. The world hates me it’s fine. They hate neurodiversity. They want us gone.

Triangle has been one of my best agency experiences to date! Kara, Betsy & the rest of the ladies are so accommodating to not just the families needs but the nannies as well! They placed me with the most wonderful family! Response time is so quick & as a nanny having an HR that cares & actually helps navigate the hard stuff is clutch!

I have had the pleasure of working with Triangle Nanny’s for almost 3yrs! Previously I lived in MN, and after deciding to move to NC I came across Triangle Nannies while searching for Nanny groups on Facebook. They have been beyond helpful to me over these last couple of years. The staff at Triangle Nannies is so wonderful, communication is fast and genuine and every single family I have had the pleasure of helping has been wonderful(and let me tell you I did a lot of floating shifts with lots of different families while triangle Nannie’s was in the process of helping me search for a long term family!). They attract wonderful families which I think shows a lot in a company! I am very thankful to have discovered Triangle Nanny’s and all the support and help I have gotten from Courtney, Kara and the rest of their amazing team!
