I like the idea of this company and I hope that my experience gets better. I have completed two months of payroll with them and we are on our third account coordinator because the previous two people have left the company. I will update my review when I feel more confident that I have a good relationship with the person in charge of our account. Three months later: I increased my review to five stars. I have a steady person who is in charge of my account. This person is attentive to details and got me in touch with a woman whose job it is to train. She was very helpful. Also, Summer helped me rewrite our PTO policy. She ran it by the legal team and it is in place. I feel confident that I made the right decision by hiring Hire Level.

Barbie and Hire Level have taken great care of my business for 8 years. Barbie is great at calling me for hours, if I forget to call them in and always has something nice to say. It is also great that when you receive a tax form and send it in it is always taken care of.I look forward to continuing our working relationship!

I have used HireLevel for my payroll needs for several years and could not be more pleased! I used a national payroll company when I first opened my business, and there is no comparison. With HireLevel I have my own personal, dedicated payroll rep I can rely on. Barbie is amazing! If I need anything, she makes sure I receive it! Great company to help other small businesses do payroll with ease!
