Went there today for help Waste of time they only there in office two days from the call and they book out until January 2026 for intake in the website but it doesn't have any information on the door to let you know nobody there it a bell and nobody showing stood there for 20 mintues before going back to the security desk to figure out if the office was open eeoc isn't there to truly help you never know until you need to deal with them it suck how relaxed this state is when it come to being professional it crazy it so slow in albuquerque it ridiculous it like they are some years behind everything goes extra slow and this place is that slow pace they booked out to January for intake so by the time you actually speak to someone you time will be close to closing out you case which mean the help isn't there it suck here in albuquerque for working blacks if you dont know anybody who know somebody you better off just finding another job cause dont look to a company who isn't even open everyday Tuesday and Thursday so nothing never gets done but that everything in albuquerque slow so disappointed in out the system really isn't here to help

Its hard for people to call and make an appointment and then the website is very hard to navigate for senior adults. Also walkin hrs just 2 days a week makes it hard on people

The phone number listed does not work. Another reviewer made the same assertion 5 months ago. This is unacceptable

The office was incredibly helpful, working overtime to assist me with my questions and concerns, ensuring that I was able to exercise my right to file. I am very appreciative.
