Brittany is the worst. Tried to apply and she said she would get my info from corporate since I applied at another branch. No call or contact and it's been 2 weeks. Did the same at El Paso Redcap and they got the info and called me back within 2 days. Now that I see how Albuquerque treats people I know better than to bother

This place genuinely sucks just got off the phone with Vanessa and she's apparently an expert in the city bus schedule nobody ever told me anything about having to come into the office after filling out the application and after Vanessa decided to tell me I'm wrong about city buses now running until 5:30-6 AM so it's literally impossible to make a shift forget working here if you don't have a nice car like they all get to drive to work in Vanessa is actually terrible

If Gabby is here, that’s the person I would go to. She is helpful. She’s understanding and very caring. The other lady that’s in the front desk is rude. She rolls her eyes. She laughs. She will completely ignore you until you’re repeating constantly. She has no sense of urgency considering some jobs. Expect you to be there at seven in the morning and you’ve been here since six in the morning, she’s very unprofessional not understanding and really could care less for you. I’m surprised this woman still has a job here.

The girl at the front desk named Alyssa I believe is very unprofessional and unhelpful. My first time ever being here i was asking very simple questions and she just gave me the rudest look and did not say anything, I had to ask 4 times before she acknowledged me. I was thier before alot of other people and so were many others and she still got others jobs before me. Favoritism is something Alyssa practices. Gabby and the other lady's are great and very helpful! Talk to them if possible
