READ THIS BEFORE YOU DO BUSINESS HERE, IMPORTANT: 1. It is my opinion the agreement that LF requires you to sign will obligate the person who signs personally as well as the business. This could mean that if your employer did not pay an invoice, LF could pursue your own credit personally and garnish your wages even if you are an employee and not an owner. 2. The Co-Signor in my opinion has language that may personally obligate the signor to any charges LF may bill (valid or not). 3. If you by some chance hire someone who worked for LF and was dispatched to your company within 365 days, LF can bill you $3,000 plus sales tax. They just did this to my company. Many temps do not list Temp Agencies on their resumes, so you will need to keep a database of every Temp's full name who is sent to you so you can match them to any applicant lists you may have for jobs posted. If you miss one, LF appears to see this as a big revenue source and will jump on it right away billing you and can pursue your signors personally if the business rejects the invoice. CONSIDER AN ALTERNATIVE COMPANY: Do you want to do business with a company who may sneak personal guarantee language in to a document they require you to sign? Or a company who may be thrilled to find you mistakenly hired someone who did not disclose their work history and was a temp who worked for you for a day? Do you have the processes in place to be able to track this to make all this risk worthwhile? MY EXPERIENCE I have been trying for 2 months to settle Labor Finders claim for $3,228 they are charging for our unknowingly hiring a past LF employee who was dispatched to us. To date they have not responded. All I want is a release to be signed in exchange for the payment that settles the matter. Yes, you read that right, I am trying to pay this and they are ignoring me. The replies by LF below seem misleading and for show in they are claiming to reach out to me but to this date (8/30/2024) never have responded to any of my requests to get this matter closed out. 8/30/2024: Went to company website, submitted request for assistance there. 8/29/2024: Emailed Ianna at LF to ask to have someone contact me about paying this invoice. 7/10/2024: Emailed Ianna at LF to get help about the invoice, no reply with any assistance. 7/9/2024 update: I have had no one contact me from Labor Finders and have no idea who to contact there. No one in my company has had a call or email from them either about anything. The last contact we had with Labor Finders was their sending us the invoice. I am happy to resolve this, but it seems a bit misleading in the company response below where they are looking to appear engaged and want to resolve this but actually do not do anything they have said they are doing. But, I will call and email more to get this resolved.

My name is Stacey and my experience here has been great, Crystal is amazing and always so polite and Judy is also awesome and very nice! I’m always paid on time, never had any issues. If you work hard and show responsibility, you will not have a single problem in having a job everyday!!! Thank you ladies!!!

We have had a great experience working with Labor Finders. They send staff when they say they will and make adjustments if necessary. They answer the phone and are honest if they are not able to fulfill an order, unlike other labor companies we have worked with. When we have had billing issues, they resolve them. LF is our preferred labor company to find day labor for our small business. Recommended!
