I rated NOLL two stars based on my recent experience, which was disappointing compared to the exceptional service I received years ago. When I previously worked with the company, they were professional, friendly, communicative, and highly supportive of both employers and employees. After being laid off recently, I reached out to NOLL for assistance. I submitted my résumé for several available positions and was not selected, which I understood—other candidates may have been more qualified. Hoping to explore additional opportunities, I called and left a message for Missy requesting a return call. I did speak with Ana, who was friendly and helpful, and she emailed me a link to apply for other openings. I applied again and was not selected. Unfortunately, I did not receive a return call from anyone, including after leaving a direct message for Missy. The lack of follow‑up was disheartening, especially given the high level of professionalism the company once demonstrated.

Extremely helpful for candidates looking for work! They were nice, informative, and communicative through the whole process of setting me up with a position. I would highly recommend them to anyone, but especially up and coming graduates looking to get their foot in the door and get a start in their careers. Excellent work, keep it up!
