We've had the pleasure of working with Ron for our hiring needs, and he has consistently delivered excellent service. Ron contacted me about possible placement with a company. His approach was very down to earth yet professionally structured. From a conversation standpoint, we had no barriers. Ron asked probing questions and was able to obtain key answers for placement.. Ron also had great follow-up. He did not appear to be overbearing at anytime... Ron is truly invested in getting the right applicant for his clients. Ron is a top notch operator. I would trust my scouting and hiring needs to Ron anytime!

I can only say that Ronald Distransky of Mid-America Placement Services has the resources to get Employers the professionals they're in need of. I never signed up with Mid-America Placement Services but Ronald found me anyway. He found my resume, my credentials, my contact and contacted me. He verified who I was and made time to get to know about me and what my career goals were going forward; we spent at leat 2 hours, overall, talking over a few days as he wanted to ensure his client and I were in fact perfect for each other. For over a year I had been search of an individual to hire for a high level opportunity in our company. I used job boards, social media, WoM, etc. to no avail.
