I was unable to get anything resembling actual help other than a $50 gas card almost a year after first going there. Extremely disorganized, uneducated staff that throw around acronyms thinking it makes them sound like they know what they're doing. They may have some knowledge, but they definitely do not know how to effectively communicate it, teach it, or use it to actually help the people that really, really, need help. I'm on my own. Additionally, the website we are forced to use to check all the idiot buttons for Unemployment Compensation is worse than DOS. Un-navigatable.

This place is a joke, I came in to use computer and I had to leave there was a lady having a conversation on speakerphone being very loud and staff members not once asked her to lower her volume of her phone or her voice.

Idk abt anyone else but my personal experience was really bad. Each caseworker I got after the first one quit neglected my case until I stopped contacting everyone. Breshanna is great but other than that this felt like a waste of time.
