We not only have seen a measurable growth in the traffic they bring to our website for candidates, they have also increased our knowledge of how to consistency implement methods for us to do it outside of their platform. Our account manager, Stephanie Fears, provides individualized customer service that makes us feel important to them as people and as customers. This world-class customer service is also provided by the CEO, Phil, and the social media guru, Michael. We have also seen exponential growth in the tools they offer. We are impressed how Stephanie and Michael always offer to walk us through the new tools and never give us a "hard sell." Unbelievable - in three months we received 5 total applicants while with competitors we received double that per week and they offer no satisfaction guarantee just a reminder that the agreement was binding. Say they will not cancel and that despite no results as their agreement is binding. They force everyone into an annual commitment with a 60% discount compared to the month to month but have no service to actually deliver. Employers steer clear don't waste your time and money they do not have the market presence or technology to deliver results.

Careerlink has been wonderful to work with. Harold is a true professional. He has been eager to always help me find candidates and update and run ads when needed.
