While they send you lots of job descriptions, they are probably the worst recruitment agency I have worked with. They never answer your emails and hardly answer your calls. They are really not better than applying directly yourself. The recruiters are careless for the most part and being international feels like they ignore you even further. They tend to be very vague with you throughout the application process and are not transparent. There have been multiple times when I reply to their emails and send follow-ups and never hear anything back. If you want a professional agency that will actually not ignore you go somewhere like Beacon Hill but not here.

Do not ever work with Matt Katz (employee at RH). He is extremely unprofessional and rude. The way he spoke to me was awful and I’m not sure how he would obtain clients with the way he speaks to people. After my encounter with him, I will not use or recommend this recruiting agency to anyone. Believe the reviews you see for this recruiting agency because they are true. There are a lot more caring professionals out there who want to help you and this firm is not one of them.

Believe the horrible reviews. Their recruiters will call you, leave messages and/or email you about a job opportunity just to check off a box that they did something. They’ll say they want to talk about a job position you may be a good fit for but won’t call you back or respond to emails. I’ve received communications from at least 2 different recruiters from here and my experience (or lack thereof) with each was the same. Don’t bother working with this office, they aren’t credible.

I was having trouble finding a 9-to-5 job, so I reached out to this company because I had temped for them in the past. I got connected with Jenna Villari. She called me quickly and set up all the paperwork and such. After that point, she emailed me maybe once. I had emailed her countless times just to be ignored or told that she would reach out with opportunities that week, or next week, or a certain day. She did nothing. I started with them in May. In August I became very frustrated because it had been a month since I heard from her and I felt ignored. I reached out to her and I said “I am reaching out one last time because I have not heard from you and I need help finding work urgently”. She replied with “I’m sorry that the communication has not been as expected. I am now working on the client side not the job side, but I’ll let the team know that you’re still looking“. Like hello, maybe tell me that? You’re my recruiter and you switch jobs and don’t say anything or refer me to someone else? How unprofessional. But I thought OK great someone will help me. Nothing. I replied to almost every email I got about job offers. Ignored. There one time where I emailed back one of the postings and said that I needed help looking for a job because my recruiter wasn’t helping and asked if they be able to help me and again NOTHING. IGNORED. This made me very angry, why are you employment agency if you’re not going to help people get jobs. And why bother if you’re just going to ignore that people are trying to work, which in turn, would MAKE YOU GUYS MONEY. i don’t appreciate having my time wasted. How disrespectful. If y’all don’t give a sh about helping people find work, don’t be in business. Do NOT waste your time.

Awful - company will send out millions of emails yet you can't get a real person on the line to connect for a job.
