I NEED A RESEA REVIEW APPOINTMENT! NO ONE IS HELPING ME. I have been passed from phone prompt to phone prompt, hung up on, passed physically from this office back to UE back to this office back to UE. I’ve put in service desk tickets, I’ve sent in job logs, I’ve done everything this office has asked of me and no one is competent enough to help. I have no money, no food, I’m about to be evicted and my car repossessed. I have received employment but this office needs me to follow their reemployment steps in order to receive 5 weeks of withheld unemployment benefits. This has been ongoing for over a month now with no urgency, no really humans to talk to and when I try to use what little money I have to take a train ride to this office, I am passed along to do some other online form to get no response. This has happened 4 times now. I’m hungry, tired, going to be homeless and they sit behind the desk sending me another form to fill out or ticket to submit. These folks do not care about you. They care that they still have a job. HELP PEOPLE. DO your jobs.

Jvs Bridges to college ,I have informed them about my Disability before doing their program in the Summer time. I have even given up Delaware North to be Working at Logan Airport. Plus also I have even pressed a Law suit because I feel like that I was Stripped to My disability and plus Also know that they have sent me a mean letter by Mail today saying that they don't Want me Back there. I thought people would understand Disability But Appartently the Bridges to college program at JVS people was not willing to be Assiting me

I love this location of Mass hire. They have very great staffs and excellent customer services. The latest time I went there with a friend of mine, the staffs provided us with all the help we needed kindly, cautiously, and patiently in appreciative manners. They even provided us with so many useful information we needed for our reasons of being there, and helped us with the access to get them resolved. Also with so many things we're even unaware of. I compare this mass hire with the branch at Harrison Ave, and figured that they have better services or operate a lot better than them.

I got a great job thanks to all the great webinars. Definitely take the resume, cover letter, elevator pitch, and interviewing. Melissa, Lauren, Wendy, Nicole, and Josh are awesome. They give you the tools you need. All you have to do is use them. If you miss something in one of the webinars don't worry because you will be sent a copy of the PowerPoint presentation
