I wouldn’t recommend this agency. Their communication is horrible on top that do not offer benefits. Recruiters do no address concerns, do not reach out to check in. It’s as if they make their commission and move on from the candidate they are working with. Be aware and approach at your own risk.

Ellary Small reached out to me via LinkedIn. I took the time to have a call with her as she said she had a position she wanted to consider me for. After the call, she completely ghosted me, even when I sent a follow up. Do not work with these recruiters - They do not value your time.

poor communications skills, poor services, i didn't feel comfortable in anything that was told to me. Blake clearly just doesn't want to work. Left him several emails and voice messages he just stops engaging. I left a message with another agent concerning my concerns with blake and the company and he as well just disappeared. First time callers get the best treatment promising you great services from the company just to wing you into the company but once your in the company the ball game changes everybody starts talking like turtles and then go missing.

I feel sad to write this review, honestly. Marilyn reached out to me via LinkedIn. We connected and she told me about an position that I could potentially be a good fit. We spoke on the phone, she was extremely nice from day 1. I got the interview, her colleague Justin prepped me the day before and I was really excited and really glad that all that was happening because I was seeking for a job for quite some time now and having someone being that nice and helpful definitely felt good. I did the interview, chatted with Marilyn over the phone afterwards to let her know how it went, and when I follow up the next week I got completely ghosted. It's been two weeks now and no response. At all. I just feel sad because everything started pretty well, and as a job seeker, having no response (even if it's negative, it's okay, it's part of the process) it's just completely frustrating... From my experience, I wouldn't recommend Complete Staffing Solutions because of their poor follow-up and ghosting candidates.

Kristen is so wonderful! I got a job within one week of working with her. She's so friendly, helpful, and really cares about getting you the job! 10/10 recommend
