This is a very great staffing agency. I’ve had an extremely helpful experience with my recruiter, Juliet Colier. She has been very supportive throughout the whole process of finding me a position. Juliet found a great fit for me within days of our first phone call. She has not only helped me with finding a position quickly, but she helped me prepare for interviews, she reached out before interviews for a “goodluck talk”, as well as reached out after interviews to discuss how I feel. She always answered all of my calls and questions as soon as possible. I have never had a recruiter go so above and beyond. I am so thankful for all of her efforts, and I would absolutely recommend.

Had a great experience with Erica last fall. She really listened to my needs and found a few roles that met my expectations! She also didn't restrict the options to what I specifically asked for, but also included roles she thought I'd succeed at - really expanded my horizons! She even touched base with me a few times during her time off. I ended up at a company I can (for the first time) say I love and I appreciated Erica's partnership and advocacy every step of the way. She has also done a great job following up with me to make sure I'm happy with the role and offering her assistance if there was anything else I needed. Beacon Hill sounds like a great place to work - I heard coworkers cheering in the background once for a coworker who completed a milestone! They also have an annual gratitude week and Erica advocated for a charity where I volunteer, and won them a big donation!!!

Ive been looking for a job for a little while at this point and been struggling to get any leads. Cold applying was not working at all. A friend recommended Beacon Hill Staffing Group and spoke highly of them, so I decided to give them a try. I met with two of their staffers who seemed genuinely eager to help me find a position. They were friendly and professional, but unfortunately, I never heard back from them after that first meeting. Fast forward about a year later, I reached out again and reconnected with one of the same staffers. There was some miscommunication on my end about the delay, but communication does go both ways. I went through the entire introduction process again, and once more, they said they would follow up but I was once again ghosted a second time. At this point, it’s been about a year and seven months since I first contacted Beacon Hill. I understand the job market is tough right now, and it is hard to fill positions. However, it’s disappointing to be ignored by a company whose purpose is to help people find work and connect employers with candidates. I’m still open to working with BHSG in the future, but I’m definitely discouraged by my experience so far.

I would recommend Hannah Packman here to anyone! She kept reaching out to me periodically after our first meeting, not just to send over jobs but to check in and see if any priorities changed, she genuinely cared. She is reliable, accessible, super communicative, and works fast. She was able to answer all my questions and got me ramped up quickly with pre-position requirements. She’s great to work with and really understanding - would recommend her to anyone job searching !
