If I could give 0 stars I would!!! The employees here are not professional at all & very disrespectful. I had a very disappointing experience with this company. My boyfriend called simply to ask about the work assignment and why he wasn’t added to the schedule, and the person he spoke with was extremely rude and unprofessional. When he asked a basic question, she raised her voice and responded in a disrespectful tone. There was no reason for that kind of attitude, especially when he was calm and just trying to get clarification. When I addressed the way she was speaking to him, the conversation only became more uncomfortable and unprofessional. When asked for branch manger, she did not provide the correct information and hung up in our face. Customer service and basic respect should be a priority, and unfortunately, that was completely lacking in this interaction. I hope management addresses how employees communicate with people here, because this experience was unacceptable.
