From high school dropout to a Job Corps graduate with a Ged, nursing assistant training, college training and having one of the best stories in the world that has inspired millions to go back to school and not give up. That's courtesy of job corps. Don't ever think that it's too late to finish your high school education and dream new dreams you don't have to live in your broken past! I love it when I am underestimated because they just think oh she's a high school dropout, but what job corps did is redeem me in every way. One of the best decisions that I ever made. Job Corps graduates do get their cap and gown moment and I will forever be grateful 💕 Love ya Job Corps! 💝💝💝

I formely attended this place, and it was a complete waste of my time. The staff were very rude and super unorganized. I did not advance in my career whatsoever because they did not help me find a job.

This is the best center I have ever been to, It's soo clean and the staff here is very caring about their students needs. I love everything about it. 100 %recommended the only thing bad about it is it has no dorms and you would have to go to the dungeon in Shreveport jobcorps if you want dorm life. Lol worst center ever don't go there

Jobcorps is really a great place to earn your vocation, especially for at risk youths and young adults. However, if you’re an experienced career professional, this place is not for you. It’s more geared towards blue collar workers or those with that type of mindset. Not being insulting at all because most blue collar workers are very loyal and honorable but the only high functioning positions there are the instructor’s positions, in my opinion. All else, you don’t need much brain power to do those jobs. At least that’s what I took from my very short three week stint there in Admissions with Frick and Frack. My one star is attributed to management who refuses to listen to reason while they are breaking the law on the mishandling PII. Also, many of the aged adults there are catty and have infantile tendencies. It’s called adult baby syndrome. Not for me at all. The Christians cuss, gossip, backbite and have no idea how they’re being watched and portrayed as professed disciples of Christ. Now I know why Jesus said, “Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.” ‭‭Matthew‬ ‭7‬:‭21‬-‭23‬.

About a month ago my son put an application in this place called Brandon Villafuerte made us wait more than an hour to attend us. We were not given a copy of the application, nor have they called us, curiously every time I called My call will be cut off, so I will call from my job and only then will I be answered, I hope to receive an answer this week, if not I will go this week to find out why I have not received a call.
