Thank you to Randall and Adam for their unwavering support, encouragement, and enthusiasm. I had reservations about whether a staffing agency could help me secure a job, given my extensive career in retail. I felt stuck and needed experience to move on. However, their efforts paid off. They secured me a temporary contract job at a place I genuinely enjoy working at. I’m hopeful the Company will offer me a long-term position, but if not, I know Robert Half will find me something suitable next.

Just to say the least unfortunately I’ve been unemployed for the last year and worked with several agencies to find my next role. I came across a role on LinkedIn where I connected with Tiana. Can I say she was the best recruiter I worked with by a mile. When we started working together I was truly impressed on how professional and transparent she is and also vocal that she would give her best effort in finding my next opportunity. To tell you the truth I wasn’t a fan of Robert half bc of past experiences but Tiana and Erin (another employee of Robert half)definitely made me believe they are the best agency to find you a role where you can trust it is genuinely In your best interest. The recruiters ghost you after being the ones to reach out to you. It does not seem communication is their priority. You can emails, message, and leave several voicemails, but they will not reply.
