As a Vietnamese Interpreter, it has been a pleasure working with ReadyMade Staffing for almost 4 years now. I enjoyed working with Joan and her staff who are truly professional and flexible to accommodate my work schedule. Their payroll is mostly on time which is essential for a contractor like myself. In addition, their compensation is fair and reasonable compared to the market. I look forward to working with ReadyMade Staffing in years to come and thank-you for having me part of this great team. They reached out to me about 3 years ago, offering interpretation assignments, and it's been pretty smooth ever since. The assignments have all been of a legal nature/courtroom setting, both onsite and remote via Zoom. Im always paid on time. Joan and the scheduling staff have always been courteous and quick to respond.

Read below. Had the worst experience. The world of language demands an ability to “Listen” and communicate effectively and calmly. Read previous “Joan” comments. She is rude, condescending, ill informed about industry standards and rigid. Fails to recognize that people in the field ask questions to serve at their highest. Taking offense or talking over people and completely being misinformed 100% of time is not good for retention. Steer clear

Ready Made Staffing has provided both Spanish and Polish Interpreters for our Healthcare company for the past 3 years. We have had Pre-planned needs as well as same day needs for staffing of Nurses and CNA's . They have been very prompt, Professional, and cost effective for our budget. I have referred other Healthcare companies for their Staffing needs.

If I could, I would rate 0 stars. They called me for Japanese interpretation the day before the event saying it is an emergency. I had a part time job I had to go to but they told me it would only take about 10-15 minutes but in reality it took more than 2 hours. Their payroll process is really slow too. The person on the phone never really listened to what I had to say and they only spoke of what they needed to tell me which is unbelievable. They were just really rude and disrespectful. NEVER EVER ASSOCIATE WITH THEM!!
