Was hopeful about this company because initial communication and screening interview seemed positive with nice people. However, things went radio silent after two positions were floated that did not fit my needs. Emailed my recruiter twice and no follow ups after. It's been two weeks since I emailed Caroline G and I would appreciate a message that explains why I may not be a fit for her client portfolio. As a person navigating an extremely difficult market, I don't know if I have a skills gaps, am expecting too much compensation, or if there's another issue if people simply don't communicate.

This organization is extremely unprofessional and non-responsive. Even if you have the credentials and an impressive resume, there is a strong possibility that they will ghost you. I'm sure as you continue to read through the reviews, you will find this to be true. I was working with a recruiter by the name of Claudia Wooten who had stated that my temp to hire position would become permanent, and that she had heard that I was performing well and had received nothing but positive feedback about my work performance from management. When the time came for me to be converted over to permanent, the assignment ended and there was no further communication from her. Fortunately for me, I ended up getting a full-time permanent position shortly thereafter, of no help to them. There are better, more professional staffing agencies out there. Don't let their lack of professionalism make you think that there is something wrong with you. I wish you the best on your job search.

A terribly unprofessional organization. Emma D a staffing consultant in the Chicago office played phone tag with me over 2 days. Once we set a firm phone interview time and day - she completely blew it off. Contacted me hours after the scheduled interview and left a terse VM with the excuse of being "stuck in meetings" No apologies or follow up for wasting my time. Unacceptable behavior. Emma D also avoided any details of the position in initial emails, once again proving her inadequacies with communication and professionalism. 2x confirmed phone interview is the lowest of unprofessionalism. Do yourself a favor and avoid the runaround and dismissal of the recruiters at BHSG.
