I am so grateful for Julia Aleksic, she contacted me regarding a contract position, very professional, very polite. She informed me that she will keep me posted about the interview process. Let me tell you, she kept her word. It is frustrating when you deal with recruiters & they never follow up. So thank you Julia for your professionalism!!!! This is how agencies/recruiters should treat people when they are searching for a job. I will definitely recommend Aston Carter!!!! Keep up the great work Julia!!!

I cannot explain how wonderful the people at Aston Carter have been towards me. I got a wonderful job through them that I love so much and that’s great and all, but I never expected to lose a parent just weeks after starting, and I certainly didn’t expect to be treated with such kindness and compassion and understanding form their entire team and the management at my new company. 10/10 recommend Aston Carter! Special thanks to Julia Aleksic for all her kindness and for finding me the position. Their entire team is wonderful, everyone I’ve had interactions with from the orientation process to payroll. Absolutely recommend!!!

Jill was nothing short of amazing! I've been with Aston Carter for a couple of months now. The dedication, valuable advice, preparation, and support SHES given has landed me a very great job and I couldn't be more grateful. Always so kind, supportive, attentive, and she really values your career and the type of route you're interested in. I love her! Can't wait to start my first day of my contract.

I am writing this review to caution other applicants about my experience. I applied for a role and was contacted by a recruiter named Anna Bailey. The process started well, and I was told I would be kept updated on next steps. However, after that initial communication, all contact stopped. I made several attempts to follow up via email and phone calls over a period of 4 weeks, but I never received any response. To be "ghosted" by a company's representative is incredibly unprofessional and reflects poorly on the company's culture and respect for candidates. It's a shame, as I was very interested in the role. I hope the company improves its communication practices.
