Upon hotel arrival, Sarah Pou welcomed us with open arms—literally—personally guided us to the room, took the time to show us its features, and patiently answered questions. Throughout our stay, both Sarah and Pou Pou went above and beyond to ensure our safety, comfort, and needs were met. Their presence, which exudes a rare combination of respect, warmth, and commitment, is highly admirable, as they live in service of others. Our encounters with these remarkable individuals reflect a standard of excellence that surpasses professional norms and clearly highlights their exemplary personal character and extraordinary integrity. Sarah and Pou are the embodiment of aloha—anchoring a transformative sense of 'human ALOHA' in each interaction. As a team, they are a tremendous asset to any organization of which they are a part. I am grateful for the opportunity with HiEmployment. Sarah and her team's flexibility and being able to accommodate my availability with available work is something you can't find elsewhere. In the past 7 months, I've learned and experienced different jobs and at different clients and locations. I've witnessed what the Hospitality team does during events regardless the size and number of attendees. Amazing! Responsiveness at all hours is a plus!
