Jeremy from Aston Carter (formally Aerotek) was wonderful to work with. Always felt like I could count on him. That he always had my back. Working with this outstanding agency has helped me find the job I'm at today. I've worked for a few agencies in my time but have never found one like Aston Carter. You should check them out. They will help you find a great job.

I highly recommend Aston Carter (formerly Aerotek) for anyone looking to find a good career. I had the opportunity to work with Jeremy and Nick, who ultimately helped get me through the doors of one of the most prestigious healthcare organizations in Hawaii . They are very professional , organized and have great connections to many sought after career opportunities . Thank you for a great experience !

Fantastic experience working with this team they provided excellent service that I did not see coming, honestly in today's world you don't expect people to go the extra mile if there's not a extra dollar but that is exactly what Emma specifically and the whole team did for me. From checking my resume follow-up calls and emails, taking night calls, doing mock interviews as well as addressing possible short comings. By the time my second interview came I knew I had it in the bag I was confident well studied and fit further while I was seeking. I'd be kidding myself if I said I would have gotten this position without their help so for that I'm very grateful. five stars for sure

I never really saw the value in "temp-to-hire" or contracting work until circumstances caused me to become a "temp" myself. Working with Jeremy at Aston Carter was phenomenal and truly changed my perspective allowing me to visualize MORE opportunities. It had been seven years since I last needed to go through the grueling pocess of successfully completing job interviews (not one of my strengths) and working with Aston Carter as a "temp" allowed me to kind of test-drive a potential job. As a temp I was able to familiarize myself with the job duties and to work with alot of great people. It was incredible to learn the leadership style of each different Manager or Supervisor and to see how you mesh with the other employees BEFORE you commit to it as a career. The best part is if you want to keep the job you've been assigned to and decide to apply for the position, you have an advantage over other applicants! And if you're like me you won't be nervous during the job interview because you will already be comfortable with the leadership team conducting the interview and have the confidence in yourself that you are the best CANdidate to get the job done. I don't know why I didn't try temping before but I wish I did when I initially entered the workforce years ago! I would've avoided alot of office politics and drama had I found Aston Carter sooner! I was shocked to learn that as a temp with Aston Carter I was eligible for benefits including medical and even a 401k! Jeremy goes above and beyond to make himself available for questions or staffing needs. His involvement in the assigned project ensured we got good schedules, compared to my colleagues from other staffing agencies who needed to find alternate or supplemental employment because the hours they were given were insufficient. Though everyone may not have an "apply today, assigned tomorrow" experience with Aston Carter like I did, they do a good job of fitting you in a position that will highlight your skillsets and will (depending on your performance) open the door to so many opportunities for permanent employment. You can't go wrong with Jeremy and his team! Good Luck!
