I got hurt at the contracted workplace HMSA sales in Honolulu on Dec. 19 and up to now Jan. 14, 2020, I have not heard from their workers comp adjustor representative. Contacted them 3x because my doctor found a need for me to be referred to a specialist and my meds are not approved yet. I missed one day of work, because I was told by their WC compliance agent , Theresa, that she is approving medical treatment for that day (Dec.23). I was already getting ready for work that day WHEN SHE CALLED. IF SHE DID NOT TELL ME OF THE APPROVAL I WOULDNT HAVE GONE TO CONCENTRA URGENT CARE and miss one day and never got paid. By the way, they only allow CONCENTRA to handle AEROTEK's worker's injuries, so you can not go on your PCP on weekends. CONCENTRA opens on weekdays only. Up to now, almost a month is over I have not heard of the adjustor. My referral and medication approvals are pending. AEROTEK is contracted with ESIS from Las Vegas. With that being said, BE CAREFUL, when you decide to work and be contracted at HMSA SALES IN HONOLULU. THEIR EQUIPMENTS, COMPUTERS, ARE JUNK!!! Refuse when AEROTEK signs you up with them.

The team at Aerotek (particularly Erik) made my experience working for them top notch. The hiring process was fairly simple and administrative support throughout the work contract was next to none. I'd recommend Aerotek to anyone who is looking for a position; the folks here will not let you down!

I was not informed that during an OSHA training session that they would not validate parking. The total cost was around $50. Poor communication and unprofessional attitude along with banter heard in the waiting room displays the ineptitude to handle and represent clients one agent criticized repeatedly during the initial placement. Would not recommend.

They wont help you/cooperate with your UI Claim. They will lie to the Department of labor so you wont get your claims worst employer of my employment history.
