We have really hit a new low in the job market when a job recruiter from a culture-focused recruiting company requests you apply, interviews you, and then ghosts you. Interviewed Monday and told leadership would reach out in 1-2 days. 3rd day sent the recruiter a follow-up message concerning the status. 5th day, still no dm response or follow-up/decline. If a recruiting company isn’t expected to follow-up with potential employees or clients, who is? Obviously not interested in the position anymore when they cannot uphold their own standards/core values, but I’m sharing this experience to say: We have some serious culture issues right now.

As a job seeker, I recently had the unfortunate experience of applying for a position at Sunbelt and the process left much to be desired. From start to finish, the entire ordeal was a testament to the company's lack of professionalism and disregard for candidates' time and effort. First and foremost, the communication was abysmal. It's disheartening to invest time and energy into an opportunity only to be met with radio silence on the other end.When I finally did receive a response, it was nothing short of underwhelming. No feedback whatsoever. The interview process itself was disorganized and lacked structure. It became evident that the company had not taken the time to thoroughly review my application or prepare for the interview. The questions were generic and failed to assess my suitability for the role effectively. Furthermore, the lack of feedback following the interview was incredibly frustrating. Despite investing my time and energy into the process, I was left in the dark regarding the outcome of my application. It's both unprofessional and disrespectful to leave candidates hanging without any closure or constructive feedback. Especially as this was my second time applying for the company (second time through XPG Recruit; which I also DO NOT recommend). Overall, my experience with Sunbelt was deeply disappointing. I would strongly advise fellow job seekers to approach opportunities with Sunbelt and XPG Recruit with caution, as they have shown a blatant disregard for candidates' time, energy, and effort.

Their unprofessionalism, lack of communication, and disorganized interview process reflect poorly on the company's values and commitment to its employees. I do NOT recommend.

Interviewed here after the company reached out to me. The interview with Jordan felt more like an interrogation than a conversation. He came across as cold, and I left with a negative impression. Walking through the office, the atmosphere felt off. People were quiet, morale appeared low, and it didn’t feel like a positive work environment. Afterward, I looked at reviews for the Tampa office and noticed many mentioned turnover and management. Based on my interview and what I observed during my visit, it’s a revolving door. To me, how a company treats its staff says a lot about the company itself.
