iDEAL has been awesome! Lesley has been amazing through every step from interview all the way through a successful first school year. She ensures she is available for anything I may need, no matter how big or small. If there is an answer she does not have, she finds someone who does and gets back to me expeditiously. I am looking forward to the coming school year because I know I have iDEAL backing me.

Working with Lesley from idealhire ha been awesome. She was extremely helpful throughout my whole hiring process. She was reassuring and checked in consistently, anytime I had a question she always responded and if she didn’t have the answer she got back with me when she received an answer. Now that I am working in my school she still checks in regularly and Answer any questions I may have.
