My IT company was in need of a temporary technician because of a unexpected time off request from my full time employee. A friend of mine told me about Arch Staffing and I was a little skeptical because I always used the traditional way of finding a employee/contractor via indeed, zip recruiter. However, I didn't have time to go that route because that was usually a long process of doing phone interviews, in person interviews, screening etc. Anthony at Arch Staffing assured me he would only send me candidates based on my needs and there was a no risk obligation on who I talk to. I was very impress with the candidates they gave me! I eventually converted that contractor to an employee. Also in the 6 months they have worked with me, they have found me 4 awesome staff members. I highly recommend that you use them. The convenience of someone else screening the candidates and given you the best is worth the cost.

I can not say enough about how amazing Dainiz Alvarez has been through this whole process, she has been extremely professional and friendly and got me placed into a much much better situation than I was in previously. She was the facilitator for me taking my career to the next level and I would recommend working with her if you get the opportunity.5 STARS!!

I highly recommend Arch Staffing & Consulting, LLC for all you recruiting needs. Especially Anthony Gyamfi who was my recruiter from start to finish he was always personable and very attentive to my needs. Everything was always explained in detail, and always available. I hope to work with him again soon on future projects.

BEWARE!!! NOT WOMEN IN TECH FRIENDLY!!! A recruiter from Arch (Anthony) approached me at a Linux meetup. He seemed inexperienced, but friendly. I gave him my number. He then started asking me to find IT Talent for him. I have an established brand: Coding Commanders He said if they get hired and stayed 3 months he'd give me $10. I stopped answering his calls. He kept calling! Eventually he got Paul (I was told CEO but he has a different title on linkedin). Then Paul started asking me to do free IT consulting! Anthony called and said Paul had a big job for me. I met them at Starbucks. They asked me to do more work in exchange for them allowing me to apply for a job. I asked questions like "who will be employing me?" "What's the compensation?" "What are the terms of employment?" They wouldn't answer. I stopped answering their calls again. Anthony was persistent! He was playing the like, "I'm your friend && I'm trying" card. I went to another meeting. I was the only woman there. They gave me homework and still no terms of employment and no paperwork. They asked me, for free, to analyze the enployment needs of one of their clients than source all the talent. For free. On Friday, Paul asked me to do a budget by Monday (i'm a single mom) and Anthony asked me to find him a girl who knows blockchain. They are having trouble attracting female talent. I asked, "what do I get?" and they said "free promotion". They have 8 followers on Twitter, 10 followers on FB and 1 on LinkedIn. That's their network. I have an established brand, network of IT professionals and technical knowledge. They don't. Instead of offering me money or a mutually beneficial partnership, they hounded me for months trying to convince me to do their work for free. I finally told them not to contact me again until they pay for a consultation. I said $100 for an hour. That was at about 12:30pm Friday. They continued calling and texting. Never offering me anything or giving me any information about their company. Instead they tried to explain its my fault they haven't told me anything and that I'm worth $0. If I'm not worth anything, why were they blowing up my phone? I never applied for a job. I never reached out to them.
