Highly unprofessional environment. Talk about the irony of this place being named “CareerSource”. The employees there are rude and lack the compassion for community engagement and customer service. I’ve sat in on employees using consumer issues as entertainment to laugh and elaborate on once the individuals leave. The level of comfortably for this behavior is beyond ridiculous. Corporate should to hire someone to secretly monitor this office.

Waste of time , do not depend on them to get a job , they are useless and worthless, will not help you in anything, they are waste the time there just to spnd hours . Depend on yourself . They do not have the authority to employ or hiring applicants. Even companies not attending their job fair which they do in their office . Last time they do job fair I found the border and customs with correction enforcement of the jails. I did not find any close cooperation from private sector companies with them . Even not see any private companies attend any job fair there.

Workers there are no help at all!It's clean and nice, but the people there either don't know what they're doing or they're just plain lazy.

Also, I'm GRATEFUL that Ms Susan introduced me to CareerSource HOPE FLORIDA program, that helped me get to my new JOB with a gas ⛽️ voucher that filled tank. I wanted to give a special thanks to a Mrs. Shine at this office location. Two weeks ago my husband was laid off as part of his companies 'restructuring' plan, needless to say this has been an extremely scary and humbling experience for our family. Mrs Shine has humanized this extremely difficult process of applying for unemployment benefits with her caring nature and encouraging words. I think it's a rarity to find such a wonderful human being in today's world, it's meant the world to us to be treated with such respect and kindness ❤️
