These people need to be investigated! Never paid me and I called they said they would send me a card nothing. Multiple calls and nothing. They never have jobs and rhe ones they have are only manual labor which I clarified I have limitations and they said yes they have other work but never saw any. There is only so much time before the effort is worth more then the pay. This place truly needs to be investigated by the State of Colorado. In fact I may submit a complaint myself. After reading others reviews it blows my mind they are allowed to continue! This is a first to say but if I could rate 0 stars I would. What a horrible employment agency.

I signed up with people ready a year ago... Still no jobs. I did the background checks still no jobs. Went to the office 2 times to fill out paperwork.. no jobs.. Don't bother with it company.. they are a not trying to help people get work. I have a clear background check. No drugs.. and have a reliable car.. what's the issue.

You get x amount of time to help yourself before other will help you. You can try and try and try and try. But when life happens, you fix it, you go to work, you don't like it, you try to fix it. You can't change others, or their mindsets. Thanks for wasting my time today. Hats off to the people who care about people really trying to do things with their lives and not send them to work. Then when we have to pick up for other people's pace, motives and incentives, we aren't paid or looked at for it. 🤡

Their servise is getting better thats for sure... when they call it go and dont miss a day so pretty fair... just not everyday work...

PeopleReady is a temporary staffing service. The location in Colorado Springs is a generally rather quiet office in terms of the foot traffic that I have observed. However, the times I have been on location I have watched the very patient and accomplished staff keep the well oiled machine running. My hat is off to them. I am sure that all hell breaks loose periodically. Example; One day (at band camp...) there were three physical employees in the office for various reasons, none of which seemed simple or quick to me and the phone was ringing off the hook. I personally would have turned the closed sign around and broke out a shot of tequila... Nope! There were only two office staff there that day. The manager and Lillie, a Staffing Specialist. They were cool! Never missed a beat, never batted an eye, and were pleasant and professional the whole time. Often while on hold with companies, one gets placed on hold without a choice and sometime it feels like you have been forgotten. (Try calling your Social Security office or Health and Human Services Dept. sometimes. Ha!) Not this team. Lillie asked if callers could hold, gave them an estimated wait time while indicating it was very busy. Even going as far as giving the caller the option of being called back and actually waited for their decision. The staff in the office were on top of the game. Handled all they mayhem being thrown at them in a brief period of time. Who says customer support is dead? Props to the guiding team in the office. These are the kind of support staff I want behind the scenes. Although, I'm still not sure there isn't a bottle of tequila stashed around there somewhere... jk! Thanks for the help and patience in getting set up.
