Rebecca Fontecchio and add staff are amazing. I had never worked with a temp agency before and I had no idea what to expect when I was contacted. Rebecca was thorough, professional, transparent, and always in communication. Rebecca made the process a painless one from start to finish. Rebecca gave clear instruction on what was needed and the timeframe that everything was needed by. Rebecca handles communication with the employer and quickly relayed all responses from them. Rebecca was able to determine that I would be a good fit for the position so she is excellent at determining the fit between employers and perspective employees. I worked with Add Staff here in the Springs and had a really good experience. Courtney did a quick video interview with me at the start, and she was super easy to talk to. No weird corporate vibe, just a normal conversation. We looked at a few different jobs together and she actually paid attention to what I said I wanted, which was nice. She kept in touch, didn’t leave me hanging, and helped me land a temp position that works for where I’m at right now. Honestly, the whole process was way smoother than I expected. If you end up working with them, ask for Courtney. She made everything a lot less stressful.
