My experience with aerotek has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I completed all required steps, including training, and fully followed their process. Despite this, I was suddenly informed that I had been pulled out of the job without any valid explanation. What makes this worse is that my documents were already collected, and my system still showed that I was available for the job. According to their own process, once someone is pulled out, they cannot sign up again—so this situation raises serious concerns about how they handle candidates. There was a clear lack of transparency, communication, and professionalism throughout the process. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to be cautious before engaging with tom(thutchison)

I give Aerotek four stars. Aerotek was very helpful in assisting me with finding a job. The recruiters were professional, responsive, and supportive throughout the hiring process, which made everything much easier. The only downside was that receiving my final wage took longer than expected, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I would still recommend Aerotek to others looking for employment opportunities.

I visited their office more than 4 times, to applied job starting 2024 still now no find a job for me I don’t know really!!! Before I used to work with them and there were nice, now they are not good to help employees. Even if I called never pick and call me back! What are they doing in the office? Please do your best!!!

This was my first experience with Aerotek and its been nothing but smooth sailing so far. I found out a high school friend of mine Gabriela was a recruiter for the company. I really appreciate the time and effort she put in to help find a role that would not only cater to my strengths, but a position that I could also learn and benefit from. Ive enjoyed my time working with Aerotek and would definitely recommend them to a friend or family.
