If you’re working with this company, I almost hate to put more work on her but honestly, ask for Marilyn. She rocks! She’s incredibly consistent and a great communicator, which makes everything so much easier. As a newer manager, I really appreciate how on top of things she is, especially when it comes to billing. She makes sure invoices are submitted correctly and on time, which saves me from a lot of extra follow-up and stress. This is my go to staffing agency from now on. I have been working with Career Strategies(CSI) for over a decade, and they are one of the BEST temp to hire firms out there. Really nice to be working with Rhassel and Nick. They are so helpful, and Rhassel is always so sweet. She really works with you to send the best people to cover your property for leasing and maintenance. I don't know how many times Rhassel has gotten me out of an unexpected situation where I needed coverage fairly quickly. If you need a reliable firm and excellent customer service then you need CSI!
