Horrible experience with IG.. Not sure if this is normal. Long story warning. I was contacted by this company by text and was confused that the recruiters I was working with were from different states & did my research to be careful of scams. Desperate, I gave it a shot anyway. This is my first experience with a temp agency. The recruiter Rachel tried to help me with a position. She constantly forgot to update me or send me links for interviews. When she sent me links they were at the wrong time. She was in a different time zone, so I tried to give her grace. She would correct herself very last minute when I asked. The hiring manager for IG, Daniel, lowballs me and says I should ask for the lowest pay to stay competitive even though I have experience. This was unlivable wage, in Sac I couldn't survive on that but I continued on. I then phone interview on with the Operations Manager on Friday. She says she loves me and wants to offer the position to me immediately & tells me to ask for more pay. She says someone will update me Monday of when I can come to see the company in person. I went through 4 rounds of interviews and thought I secured the job. On Monday, I get no follow up in the morning. So I contact my recruiter she says "I'm sorry I just found today out they went with an internal hire." This whole process took 2-3 weeks of my wasted time. You can tell the recruiters are young and fresh new grads.I've never had so much disgust for how unprofessional a company runs. I know my experience is similar to others unfortunately.

My experience with Insight Global has been great. Since onboarding, I haven't had any issues; however, my recruiter has been attentive and informative whenever we do speak. I would recommend Insight Global to friends and colleagues.

I have had the best experience with Insight Global! Their recruiters are very caring and want to make sure you are placed where you belong! They also don't waste time on getting you placed, they are surely a great company rather looking for a job or looking for employees!!!!

As far as headhunter agencies go, IG did a very effective job hiring and onboarding me. They are attentive to detail and very responsive, which is always helpful when you have questions. The process is complicated, but if you are a lifelong temp - you should be used to it. If I were looking for another job - I would definitely give them my first shot.

Great staffing company. I'm a software engineer and I was hired to work for a global company in the media-related industry. I can say that Insight Global is completely trustworthy. Recruiter and Account Manager have made a good job, and the client has provided an outstanding workplace.
