I talked to someone named Kira this morning I was told to grow up and to accept that my money wasn’t coming I asked to speak to a manger and was told she was busy and to call back at 9 when she comes in shortly i was hung up on and now my calls are being declined and hung up on. Not very happy Kira is very rude

Absolutely terrible employees work in this department. A guy by the name of Joseph was typing to me like I was his high-school friend, couldn't even complete a sentence and made no sense. What a joke this country is

They never answer. I paid thousands and thousands a year in taxes for my cooperation and myself personally ive never had unemployment and now when im at my lowest Where is my support when I need it. Pathetic customer service and even more pathetic government

Cannot log in. Infected by ai. No help. No people will answer 99% of the time. Worst system I have ever tried to navigate. Unhelpful and deplorable.
