This place rules. The staff is over worked, but very helpful when your number gets called and someone manages your case. Sometimes I run into my friends there too and then it feels like a party. Sometimes I make new friends, and we'll do pushups outside of the building while we wait in that line which seems to always be wrapped around the building. Love this place. Quintessential Oakland experience.

I mean, this place is always packed. I mean you can go in there get yourself done talk to your worker or start up a new general assistance file. It’s gonna take quite some time because you have about 1 million people there just waiting for the number to be called my suggestion would just be to go online and do it all there and then I’ll call your email you at the house when you’re done you don’t need to sit in line and pull a number and hear all the gossip in the streets, you could just chill and get what you need done and then move on with your life but that’s my suggestion. We have options here in life so if you wanna go in there and you know chill and see what’s happening Then by all means you gonna be sitting for quite some time, so make sure you bring a book or notepad or a tablet perhaps maybe the new iPad tablet with the new M3 chip but have fun
