This is a joke making appointment going in this office Indian irs employee instead of solving my issue he give me phone number I already know the number irs they never pick up the worest customer service I hate it about this irs service.

Emphasize the below comments. The lady at the front desk is awful. Completely unhelpful, no sense of customer service, almost shocking. Would recommend a different office. Tragic waste of time. I’m stunned.

We went to Oakland IRS TAC last week to submit W7 forms and paper file my tax. We had an appointment at 1:30 pm, arrived at 1:35 pm, were seated for 15 minutes before getting called in a booth, and were done by 2 pm. The officer was not talkative, but did his job very fast and clearly explained what will happen next. Except the traffic, everything was very smooth.

I had appointment today at 345pm at Oakland taxpayer assistance center. After waiting for total of 11/2hrs. This agent as soon as I enter and say what I’m here for. Gives me a paper asking I will make another appointment for you. It’s closed now. I think he even lied about not being able to timestamp the returns. But said to come back another day. Why will anyone wait for so long for the appointment only to get another appointment. There were other agents who were helping public. This one is a waste of taxpayer dollars. I only got the name from his badge Shaikh. The service this guy provided was anything but assistance. Please be mindful of where u go for tax purposes as they r important. I will never go to Oakland center as u can’t choose if this guy is going to be your so called assistance.
