I remember the last conversation I had was with one of their specialist. She was so pressed for me to listen to Tony Robbins, the inspirational speaker they didn’t help with anything not. I went to the class. I was supposed to take an hour or two with 15 minutes of reading from a PowerPoint and then nothing then that they wanna know what your income is than nothing then they might send you paperwork on schools. You may be interested in going to then nothing than they are so pressed for you to listen to Mr. Robbin’s and of course nothing I had to laugh on the phone because I did not want to use any choice words for you all did nothing to assist. It was just a runaround.

If you’re a Veteran and need any services of any kind, don’t bother. They discriminate veterans and don’t honor your appointment time and have terrible customer service. Management never helps with resolving any problems. My family member went to find help but because they are a Veteran they were told verbatim “you know there is better services for you so you don’t have to come here.” So instead of providing helpful information they were demeaning and rude. You need to do better.

I previously knew them as Pacific Gateway. They told me they were not a job agency. They were not able to give me much information, they were not very helpful. I told her how stressful it is to be without a job, that they should be more helpful and provide more information for jobseekers.

Showed up for an appointment that they scheduled but couldn’t honor the appointment. There workers always seem to be out of office if u try and get help via email .

This is a new address. They are just opening today. Resources always are adequate, but you will not get help finding a job that is not at the lower end of the pay scale. Once in a while they help with better construction and health care jobs, but only if the network running the show has bellied up to the bar with a big player. Otherwise, you are on your own.
