Agency is honestly a waste of time. I’ve signed up sometime in May of 2025. We are in 2026 an I haven’t gotten nothing from this agency. Had Cathy Garcia heard nothing from her after we did our interview. Then some how gotten Andrew Licari did interview with him as well an haven’t heard from him either. Please do not come to this agency they will leave you in the dark. It’s almost been a full year since I’ve signed up. No job offer or anything has come from this place.

My experience with AppleOne was ultimately unsatisfactory. While initial support was provided during the job search process, I was advised to exaggerate aspects of my resume to appear more competitive to clients in the roles they were looking for. After approximately two months, I was placed in a temporary role. Although the assignment started well, I was released following a single incident. The role lacked adequate supervisory support and training. I reached out to AppleOne regarding the situation and received no response for several weeks. When communication resumed, it was inconsistent and unclear. After professionally voicing my concerns, the representative responded defensively, and it became evident that AppleOne was no longer interested in working with me. It is important to note that I have documentation of positive feedback from both community members and senior personnel acknowledging my professionalism and work ethic throughout the assignment. Despite this, the agency provided little to no follow-up or support. Based on this experience, I would not recommend AppleOne’s services.
