I applied with Full Steam Staffing several months ago and completed the entire onboarding process. I was told they would contact me when work became available — but I never heard back. After months of silence, I called to follow up, only to be told there was no work available. Then, surprisingly, they asked for my information again and said they would add me to an “availability list.” This is extremely frustrating because that’s exactly what they told me months ago. Why am I being treated like a brand new applicant when I’ve already gone through everything? It feels like they never actually kept me on file or had any intention of following up. The lack of organization and communication is disappointing. You apply once and never hear back. If you’re looking for steady work or a responsive staffing agency, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

They deleted my old comment, this place is horrible, i reapplied last year, they kept putting me on the wait list, i kept calling every monday early morning and they kept putting me on the wait list for weeks and months, finally when i called again around 9ish, the lady on the other end ask whats my name and then laughed and told me she was going to call me but called someone else instead "favoritism" and i didnt find the laughter funny, i felt like she was playing games, i needed a job asap, i was mad but professional about it and told her why would she skip me, knowing the fact that i be calling everyday of the week and get put on the wait list just to be told that i got skipped and laughed at.. she didnt even apologized, i come find out from another location where my cousin works at that i got red flagged or barred and it says on there they sent me on an assignment and i did a no call no show, which is a lie, that girl that laughed on me got me banned for speaking up, even if i talk to the manager i doubt theyll unbarrd me even if i explained things, this place use to the best but its gone down hill for sure. Dont waste your time here, dont argue with them cause they dont know whats the 1st amendment which is freedom of speech, and if speak your mind without threats or cursing you still get barred aka red flagged. Btw they are deleting all the negative reviews, look at the good reviews on here, its all from 2 maybe 3 to 4 years ago, they deleted mines.

Don't waste your time with these people. Because they're the worst...Worst place for an agency. They put you on hold for almost twenty minutes i would call every single day to see if there's anything available for 6 months straight they would tell me, no, there's nothing available then.Why even have an agency in the first place

Horrible services here I recommend nobody to go here they should get shut down !!I got helped by a lady named Michelle and she said theres no work until may but when I applied the temp said there’s plenty of jobs now theres no jobs for a couple months !!!!also note guys if u apply theres no work from November till may words from the temp i really dont recommend this temp agency at all. also they leave you on the hold until you hang up !very rude I think there owner should get new staff very rude and unprofessional!no stars Thats how rude my experience went

Great great customer service I can not recommend this place enough the staff is super helpful and attentive a girl named Giselle helped me and I couldn’t have found a better job without her. She really knows how to do her job right. I will recommend this place to all of my friends and family. If you are looking for a job look no further because Giselle can help you find one. They were very friendly and professional and get back to you right away which is rare with other staffing companies but this one is awesome. The staff is friendly and helpful.
