I want to express my deepest gratitude to everyone at the Birthing Center- Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and the NICU staff at CRMC. You were all truly amazing. As a first-time mom, my experience with another hospital was alarming and discouraging, which ultimately led my husband and me to seek a second opinion at CRMC—and wow, what a difference. The level of care we received was beyond exceptional! Your team is made up of true professionals who genuinely listen, show empathy, and clearly love what they do. From the nurses to the residents, doctors, anesthesiologists, and surgeons—every single person who was part of my birthing journey made me feel heard, safe, and supported. Because of all of you, I can honestly say I had the best possible first-time experience entering motherhood. I’ll never forget that my son came into the world listening to Metallica (my request!) while I was in surgery. Instead of feeling scared, I felt ready—nervous, of course—but completely safe, knowing I was in the hands of such an incredible team. The care and attention you’ve shown my child have been just as equally amazing. Watching the nurses care for the babies, it’s clear they truly enjoy what they do, and that makes all the difference. From the bottom of our hearts, my husband and I thank you, CRMC, for providing such top-tier care.

I was put into this hospital after a crash, the staff here were extremely friendly and helpful, i stayed here for nearly a month and grew a bond with some of the staff. My physical therapist katie was the best i could of asked for, she pushed me to sit up and eventually stand again, i will forever thank her. Matteo was the best nurse assistant, i enjoyed talking to him and he made me feel comfortable and cared for. Brianna was extremely sweet and helpful as well. Thank you for taking care of me in a moment like this, i will forever thank the staff.

I have called over 7 times to try and get a hold of my loved one’s nurse and I’m either told “nurse is busy right now” “the nurse said they would call if they had new info” or I’m out on hold for hours and never answered OR was told my loved one’s nurse is busy and would call back. They never did! I haven’t been able to get a hold of a nurse AT ALL NOT ONE TIME! I’m in another state and would love to hear how my loved one’s is doing I’m on the list to be given information. I also work in healthcare and this isn’t how you treat family’s

I would love to leave a five star review for the Staff Genevieve R, Teisha P, and Yesena L. And also the Staff from CT scan and also x-ray y’all were wonderful. I give all of you five stars y’all made me feel very comfortable and appreciated. Y’all were so comforting. Thank you so very much. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This review is specifically for RN AARON. 11/26/25 he was working the 2nd floor in the Blue Zone. He was absolutely amazing, his bedside manners were great and he was very kind, gentle and helpful with my mom and whoever visited her. Aaron was also very informative and took the time to truly understand my moms needs and wants. Aaron, my family and I appreciate you so much! Hospitals need more people like you, we will never forget you, may God bless you the way you bless those who cross your path. -Ashley
