In this review, I give 5 stars, the reason I want to share the experience is because the RHIRED agency has given us the manpower that we need in the company that I work in, it is a construction company and we have been using the agency’s service for about 8 years. RHIRED it’s workers have been very responsible in all aspects, they are staff that like to work very hard, and because of that staff they have helped us finish our projects in different countries of California. I've worked with Yolanda and RHired Staffing Agency for many years and the experience has far exceeded my expectations. I believe the company's focus is in the construction and manufacturing industries, but they also find great candidates for administrative positions like the ones I need for my business. Sometimes I need last minute overflow workers and their staff will stay past normal business hours to accommodate my needs... I've even caught them answering their phones and filling orders on the weekends! On the rare occasion when a candidate they sent to the job doesn't work out, they have an aggressive employee replacement policy which gives employers peace of mind that the openings will be filled by the most qualified workers. She also introduced me to the concept of paying for this service through a financing company - like a line of credit for my business. This is great because I don't tie up the corporate credit cards or petty cash when funds are tight. As long as I need temporary or even temp to perm employees, Yolanda is my first call (and usually my only call) because she and her staff get the job done with quickness, efficiency, accuracy and quality. To say I highly recommend RHired is an understatement!

Worst place ever, I don't even think it's a real business. I believe they just collect your formation to sell.

My husband owns a small landscaping company & he booked a job last minute, where he needed a few extra hands & we tried different staffing agents but they were all either booked or didn't have anyone with the experience we needed. But Rhired Staffing didn't give us a 'No' or send us to someone else, instead they did a great job by getting us what we needed & the workers did great.
