Highly recommend this team for their outstanding work. Five star plus not only for their outstanding job but their timely completion, impeccable site cleanup as well as keeping a very clean worksite while doing the job. Hats off to Fernando, Castillo Valente. They were here everyday on time ready to work and complete the job. They actually completed the job earlier than what was scheduled. Highly recommend. Would not hesitate to call on them again for any future issues.

Had a leak from our air conditioner that got into our walls. Javier and Alejandro came out and did an amazing job getting things opened up and the drying process begun. They showed up on time, immaculately prepped the area to minimize dirt and dust spreading around the house and cleanly, executed the cutting and removal of affected areas. They were courteous and professional, answering any questions I had. I would highly recommend EVDS to anyone who’s had damage to their house.

Do not have pictures to do justice to before and after, but I can not recommend this company enough. We live at the Pueblo Seco community off of Higley, and if you live here, you know our HOA for our townhomes is hard to deal with (more issues beyond just repairing coverages and stuff). Anyways, I was referred on Facebook Mesa Living Group to you guys, and with rainstorms, our kitchen and window wall area flooded through via a crack in the outside backyard patio window lip above the window. HOA is covering the outer work, but we were forced to cover the inner work internally. DJ was our original estimator, but he got swamped due to the rainstorm, so they gave us Jeremiah and his boys! I truly appreciate Jeremiah and his sons for helping us get this repair done that we had been waiting almost 6 months to fix due to constant rainstorm damage building up. It helped that Jeremiah was already familiar with this townhome community, and he helped us fix a few extra noticeable ceiling areas that were damaged as well! Now we can sell this place next year and be ready! They did a pretty good job of controlling the particles and wall dust. They covered all of our items. They repatched, textured, and painted the walls very well! We were charged about $3000 for everything, but it was worth it, as others were trying to upsell us on all of our windows when we did not need them, and Jeremiah and DJ both confirmed the window was fine; it was never the issue, thank goodness! Jeremiah was on time and great with communication! We will use you guys again in the future and refer people out as well to you :)

The EVDS staff were outstanding from start to finish during the process of replacing flooring after a dishwasher leak. It started with my initial meeting with Jeremiah who was very patient and explained everything making sure I understood the process. He is amazing. Marty worked with me on the flooring choices and explained the ups and downs of the various products. I don’t remember the names of the 2 demo guys, but they were very conscientious and also assisted with the packing of my things. The ladies that assisted with the packing and unpacking were also fantastic. Jake the guy who did the install of the flooring was excellent. Can’t say enough good things about my experience. A pleasant surprise. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for these type of services.

To update my first review, I can no longer recommend East Valley Disaster Services. When taking out my wooden floor 12 travertine tiles were damaged. EVDS acknowledges they damaged the tiles. It has been over 3 months without a repair or resolution. I have made numerous calls asking for a resolution . First review-We recently had an excellent demolition experience after our kitchen flooded. Javier and Skip were incredibly knowledgeable, making the process smooth and efficient. The crew were remarkably clean, ensuring minimal mess, and everyone was pleasant to work with. Most importantly, they got the job done quickly and professionally. Highly recommend.
