This location is listed online as an unemployment help center, but it does not provide assistance with unemployment claims. I visited in person seeking help and was informed they could not assist me. There is signage outside the office that contradicts how this location is presented online, which is misleading for people seeking unemployment support. Additionally, I have been calling for over a month and no one ever answers the phone. The listing should be updated so individuals are not misdirected or left without assistance.

Friendly staff, they helped me with my unemployment claim, they were more than willing to help. Very proffesional, they have tools to help you with your unemployment claim and job search.

I tried asking for help here, nobody helped, just looked up my resume and told me to update, gave me numbers to an employer that was disconnected, I tried asking again but the front desk told me to call, never got an answer from the back, no use.

I went to this location to get job assistance. I didn't really feel that comfortable with the front desk people the girl behind the counter acted like I was bothering her by just asking simple questions didn't get a very welcoming feeling here felt like I was more at the driver's license office where the workers look more uptight than friendly instead of at an employment help center office.

Have plenty of computers to use. This is not a place to get help with filing Unemployment Benefits.
